Thank you for choosing Charisma. This electronic on boarding process is only for Healthcare Professionals who have valid SANC Reference Number; all other healthcare support staff need to contact the local branch to get details around the registration process and requirements.

Our onboarding process has a number of steps; each step has to be completed before you are able to move onto the next.

Before starting the process, please make sure you have the following documents:

  • Copy of your ID
  • SANC receipt
  • Medical Malpractice Cover/ Professional Indemnity (if you have your own)
  • Diplomas and Certificates
  • CV
  • SARS reference number
  • Proof of Hepatitis B vaccination
  • Proof of banking details (bank stamped letter / bank statement not older than 3 months)
